Most of my meals consist of a variant of the following: a starch source, a protein source, and some veggies. the reason that we need to eat this much protein is because our body cannot synthesize it by itself, and when you’re exercising seven days a week your body is getting more and more tired, tired, which means you desperately need to eat more protein
